PICTURE DAYS / October 13th and October 16th
October 13th – Green and Green/Gold
• For children who attend school in person on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
• There is NO Class picture
• Every classroom will have a specific time to go to the gym for their individual picture
• Children will keep social distance when masks are removed
• Order Forms and information from Lifetouch is being sent home with students
• You can order pictures on mylifetouch.com using Picture Day ID: EVTBKXTF4 before your scheduled picture day

All Virtual Students
• Children will come to Birchwood on either October 13th or October 16th between the hours of 10:30 and 12:00 ONLY
• Parent will drive to school and use the driveway for drop-off and pick-up and park car on side parking lot
• Enter the building through the side gym door
• Masks must be worn and can be removed when picture is taken

Happy Friday, I hope the first week of school here at Birchwood Elementary was SUPER! Our staff of our very own SUPERHEROS were thrilled to welcome back our green and gold students to kick-off the 2020-21 school year. We appreciate the continued support and partnership provided by our families and teachers as we continue to navigate the new hybrid learning environment. It is so exciting to have our doors open, and our building buzzing with enthusiastic students ready to learn. Our teachers are doing a wonderful job implementing new technologies and adapting to a hybrid learning environment. The first week of school may have been challenging for many, however, we look forward to working together to overcoming challenges, learning and growing together, after all LEARNING IS OUR SUPERPOWER THIS YEAR!!! I would like to extend a special thank you to our dedicated custodial staff , Mr. Lewis and Mr. Louise for making our home, Birchwood Elementary beautiful and safe for our children.
Finally, parents please remember to fill out the student screener each day before your child arrives at school.
