A big "thumbs up" to the DBO fourth graders! They built robot hands to learn about structure and function. Pulling on the strings (a model for tendons) caused the fingers to bend at the joints.
Our 4th grade welcomed wiggly worm visitors! We observed how worms react to light, moisture and touch while learning about the worms' internal and external structures that function to support survival, growth and behavior.
